Long Term Stress

Without access to justice, litigation is rarely an appropriate remedy for corrupt governance. My ability to defend myself or meet the procedural requirements of court was defeated by systemic barriers and inherent conflicts of interest. The risk was unreasonable and the stress was sickening, while gangs from the strata management team obstructed access to information, imposed persistent delays, and relied on prohibitive litigation costs to profit from their own wrongs.

About Me

Dianne Bond
Sometimes fun - Sometimes not so much - Disclaimer and Conditions of Use - I am not a lawyer. My blogs have been prepared by and are maintained solely by me, Dianne Bond, to share with other strata owners, advisors and decision makers. The information provided by me is true to the best of my knowledge and specific to my personal experiences since 1988. The content should not be assumed to reflect the views of the strata corporation. Others may have different perceptions of the facts and issues. My posts are intended as a starting point, and the reader is invited to investigate further. I hope my blogs shine a light on social issues involving unconstitutional strata governance, public interest, and the administration of justice. Comments are welcome: dianne.bond@yahoo.ca
